✿ | Breathe. That’s all she needs to do. Once Kazuya had replied back, she awaits, keeping herself hidden in the wooden closet. She’s very afraid, and you could even sense her fear from her. Keeping her only device close to her chest, she perks up, hearing a soft knock.
“—!”
It’s his voice. It’s Kazuya’s. The girl recognized it, and reaches out to open the door. However, her body is still aching from being beat, and Yuzu’s got a ton of bruises on her body. Her arms, her legs, even her back’s gotten sore. But that wouldn’t even compare to the slightly black eye on her left side of her face.
Just pray that there won’t be a bloodbath today.
“Ah…!” The door creaks, and Yuzu winces, but she’s relieved that her friend made it here without being caught. “Kazu…ya…” When she tries to step out, she ends up tripping, landing on her knees. “O-Ow…” She’s badly hurt, too.
“Easy.”
His voice is quiet and gentle, a break from the monotone he’d gained from forsaking his humanity. Perhaps not all of it had been lost.
The demon leans down with the slightest smile on his face, somewhat attempting to be pleasant. After all Yuzu had been through it was the least he could give her beyond extending his hand to her, the soothing energies of Diarahan coming from it. He was no medic and summoning a demon here to heal her would be foolish with the location they were in, so he’d just do what he could.
“Can you stand and walk?”
He only needed her to do so to help him find the other closet, there was no need in his mind to go and find the key. It may only be a bit of property damage but he’d tear the thing open if it would get Yuzu out of here faster.
✿ | Oh.
As expected from the King of Bel. Even if some say that he’s gotten rid of his humanity, Yuzu still believed that his heart would–somehow stay human as possible. The fact that he had come for her did relieve her.
She watches when he casted Diarahan on her body, slightly healing the scratches and bruises that she had received. Well, that’s one thing off the list. The small sparkle-like dust had been shown around her arms, legs, and face, feeling like she had never been damaged to begin with. Slowly, she nods meekly, leaning on the wall to support her stand.
“I…I think so.”
Don’t worry, she’ll thank him on the way. “I still have to get my bag…before he finds my COMP and other things.” And heaven knows what would happen if that creeper took her COMP! “Let’s go…the key’s somewhere in that closet…let’s hope he doesn’t come back here.”
