Atsuro’s ending was my first. I just kind of played and figured it out when I got to the sixth day end haha.
(I’m willing to do all routes, haha. I’m wondering if I should take Naoya’s route first or his—or maybe Amane’s or Gin&Haru’s.
I hate to say this but I might do Yuzu’s route last.)
Haha I still need to do Gin and Haru’s route. I wanted to do their route last though. The order I did mine was Atsuro’s, Yuzu’s, Amane’s, Naoya’s bad chaos end, Naoya’s good don’t kill everyone ending, and finally I need to work on Gin and Haru’s.
If I didn’t get Atsuro’s route first I’m not sure which I would have done. I’d say Yuzu’s to get hers out of the way. Her ending is the easiest and makes you go welp I really screwed up but, her eighth day is really good and I just like some of Atsuro’s lines in it haha. I mean I might replay Yuzu’s ending just to do some things and see how it effects the game such as not saving Haru and fighting Midori and Kaido instead of Keisuke. In short though just do whatever ending you want.

(Yeah. I’ve just bought the game today, so I’ll need to play it thoroughly before I even think about deciding the routes. But I’ll be able to experience all the routes whilst finishing this game. I might be almost done with completing Devil Survivor 2, so it’ll be a fun summer, playing this one.)
